Hiraya is a popular style of housing in Japan. By having just one story with all the essential rooms on it, the style prioritizes occupants’ ease of movement and comfort. With said style and its location close to some of Kanazawa’s best food and art, Shimohonda-machi Iori offers a prime location for families and groups of friends to explore Kanazawa’s modern side together.
The house can accommodate up to seven guests in its three bedrooms (one of which being a Japanese-style room with up to two sets of futons). It is equipped with various modern comforts such as underfloor heating to keep the space warm in winter, and also has free parking for up to one car located within a short walking distance.

Accommodations for Children
Up to two children aged 5 and under can stay for free if they share a bedding with an adult. For children aged 6 and above, adult rates will apply and bedding will be provided
Notes
• Payment must be made in advance
• We do not provide pajamas or yukata robes
• There are many other people who live nearby, so please keep the windows closed after 21:00, and try not to make any loud noises
• Smoking and fireworks are strictly prohibited on-site, including the entrance, and on all nearby roads
• To reduce plastic waste and be more environmentally friendly, we encourage you to bring your own toiletries. If you forget yours, however, we have complimentary ones available. We do provide towels, but only one set per guest for every two nights of stay
